Thought to try this place as it has unique combination of snacks and drinks but Imitems that we thought to take were out of order. Milk boba was ok and strawberry cheesecake shake was really good. Books, games, ambience makes this place adorable though.

I went to this place a few times and the staff here is beyond any of my expectations. They were really kind and made drinks quickly. The drinks were also amazing and were just as good as the boba I had when I lived in Japan, which isn’t an easy accomplishment. Definitely coming back in the future!

We accidentally found this gem of a place in Cary and we were so happy that we found it . We ordered mango passion Fritopia tea and Dubai Kunafa rolled ice cream. Absolutely stunned by the taste of it. Sweet n subtle . Loved the ambience and Instagram corner photo place . I would definitely recommend this place and I will be visiting soon again . My small suggestion to this place is please add some sandwich or some snacks where we can enjoy and spend more time here.

This was our first time here and definitely will not be our last! Such a cool environment, excellent menu choices and very polite staff and owners. We tried rolled ice cream and boba tea this time. We're glad we found Boba N Chai in our travels!

A cozy, cheerful, place with friendly staff. Unfortunately the tea only kind of gets the job done. My biggest issue is the Classic Milk Tea--it tastes like a mix that's too sweet coming straight out of the container. While I don't mind a good mix, this one seems afraid to taste like tea. Because it already sips like a desert I hesitate to do any of the cool things the shop wants me to do, let alone add experiment with their variety of (sometimes quite sweet) boba. Now, if you came here looking for a sweet treat, you're probably in the right place. They have all sort of fruity infusions, milk mixes, and deserts a plenty. The fact that they have rolled ice-cream, pretty drinks, and an "Instagram corner" means they know sometimes you eat with your eyes first. It's perfectly suited for a quick fun get together with your BFF or a fun little social media brag. It's just not my cup of tea.
